Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Amber Property Management looks after rental homes across the St. Louis area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
