Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lakeside Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
