Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Mill Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
