Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Wren Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Prepare reports on visitor services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
