Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
