Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Spokane, WA)

Bright Vale Property Management manages apartment communities around Spokane, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
