Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Yarrow Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
