Northwind Sable Early Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
