Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Savannah, GA)

Summit Analytics supports public agencies in Savannah with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
