Redstone Timber Property Management is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
