Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sable Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
