Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Savannah working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
