Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Jose. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 659 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
