Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Rowan Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 201 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
