Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Jose. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
