Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Diego, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
