Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Harbor Arts Center is a cultural organisation in San Diego presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
