Amberfield Clear Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
