Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
