Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
