Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

Bright Pine Community Partners is a San Diego charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
