Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

Nova Iron Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Diego. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on lease compliance for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
