Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Hollow Arts Center Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
