Lumen Summit Learning Group Associates operates schools and learning programmes around San Diego, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
