Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vale Housing and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
