Northwind Junction Community Partners is a San Diego charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
