Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate North Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 316 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
