Amberfield Clear Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
