Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Summit Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Antonio. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
