Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quill Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
