Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (San Antonio, TX)

Rivermark Vale Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
