Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Iron Property Management Group is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
