Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight River Community Partners Group is a Salt Lake City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
