Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Cedar Umber Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
