Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Clear Care Services Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
