Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wren Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 872 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
