Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Meridian Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Sacramento. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
