Clearpath Vista Community Partners runs community programmes across Sacramento. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
