Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Union Civic Services works with county and city offices around Sacramento. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
