Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Glen Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Rochester working with agencies and riders, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience.
