Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Rochester caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 730 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
