Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Drift Civic Services Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on public records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
