Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Richmond, VA)

Bright Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Richmond with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on ticketing for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
