Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Richmond. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
