Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
