Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Richmond, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
