Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Richmond area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
