Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Ember Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Richmond. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
