Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Reno, NV)

Lumen Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Reno, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
