Rivermark Summit Property Management Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
